We’re dedicated to providing our customers with the most durable and functional products possible. However, sometimes the unexpected can happen, and when it does, we will work with you to make it right. After all, this is all about our customers!

Any products ordered directly from CHAMA that are damaged during shipping or defective must be returned directly to CHAMA in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

CHAMA Chairs and bags carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is void if the product is:

Used commercially

Used commercially

Structurally altered

Structurally altered

Subjected to extreme stress

Subjected to extreme stress

Damaged due to abnormal use

Damaged due to abnormal use

*Normal wear and tear is not covered.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

CHAMA’s warranty does not include any manufacturer's responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. If the warranty applies, CHAMA may repair or replace the product or any defective part at its discretion.

Changes in product design are not retroactively applied to items already manufactured or sold. Products replaced or repaired under warranty may or may not reflect current designs.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition with tags
  • You must provide your name, purchase date, or order number

We inspect all returns before approving them. Items with scratched feet or stained fabric will be rejected. If accepted, we issue a full refund. The customer covers the shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your gear when it arrives. If it’s defective or incorrect, let us know right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges:
Return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds:If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed without a refund, contact us at orders@chamachairs.com.

All damaged products must be returned in original or protective packaging, with a copy of the receipt and RMA#.
