Any products that are ordered directly from CHAMA and are damaged in shipping or defective, must be returned directly to CHAMA in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
CHAMA Chairs and bags carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies to only the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Normal wear and tear is not warranted.
CHAMA’s warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the chair or bag. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the entire product or any part or component that is deemed defective.
CHAMA reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
Damaged products must be returned directly to CHAMA, in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. A copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the product.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your CHAMA products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
You can return your item(s) purchased directly from CHAMACHAIRS.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. CHAMA does not accept returns on items purchased outside of CHAMACHAIRS.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of CHAMACHAIRS.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days but within 60 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another CHAMA item. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date.

If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your returns. This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from CHAMA via phone or on our website.
